PLEASE READ COVID-19 UPDATED INFORMATION PERTAINING TO STORAGE AUCTIONS

We have been informed by storage industry attorneys that “movers are exempt as essential businesses” and our auctions are part of that normal business. The recommendations by the CDC and the HHS and the State and County requirements causes us to limit our crowd size to the mandated 10 persons per gathering and to allow safe distancing of 6’ (six feet) for preview of each unit. With the CDC procedures and everyone’s cooperation we will be able to stay within the guidelines  which are designed to help keep everyone safe.  Health and safety come first! Ultimately it will be up to each facility to determine if they will continue with an auction. We ask that you respect their decisions and follow the CDC and HHS recommendations when attending an auction. If you don’t have essential business or you are feeling under the weather we ask that you please stay home! Only serious buyers, no children. Thank you.
